Gyarados (Japanese: ギャラドス Gyarados) is a dual-type Water/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Water- and Dragon-Type.
Regardless of form, it evolves from Magikarp starting at level 20, and is the final form of Magikarp. Kantonian Gyarados can Mega Evolve into Mega Gyarados using the Gyaradosite, while Altaran Gyarados can Mega Evolve into Mega Gyarados S using the Gyaradosite S.
