Gastly (Japanese: ゴース Ghos) is a dual-type Ghost- and Poison-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation I.

It evolves into Haunter starting at level 25, which evolves into Gengar when traded or leveled up holding a Connecting Thread.

When exposed to a strong wind, a Gastly's gaseous body quickly dwindles away. They cluster under the eaves of houses to escape the ravages of wind.
