Effects:
- Sound-based attacks do double damage
- Earthquake, Magnitude, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, and Rock Throw gain a 1.5x boost in power.
  - These attacks may trigger a cave-in and hurt the user for half damage
- Electric and light-based attacks have a small chance chance to lower the target's Accuracy by 1 (additional) stage.
