Aron (Japanese: ココドラ Cokodora ) is a dual-type Steel- and Rock-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Fire- and Rock-Type.
Regardless of form, it evolves into Lairon starting at level 32, which evolves into Aggron starting at level 42.
Altaran Aron was designed by Keileon.

| It lives on the sides of volcanoes, both active and dormant. They tend to herd in small clusters when frightened, not liking to be alone, and peck at attackers with their obsidian horns. |
