Hallucination is a custom Ability in Pokémon Sardonyx: Raised to Win. It is the signature Ability of Altaran Paras and its evolutions.
Effect

In Battle
When a Pokémon with Hallucination is in battle at the end of a turn, there is a 30% chance that an opposing Pokémon will become confused.
In the Field
Hallucination has no effect outside of battle.
