Charred Pathway is an optional area connected to Route 3. It requires the Hatchet to access.
This area is a burned-out forest known to be the home of several Fire-Type Pokémon. It is considered dangerous for beginners to enter due to the constant smoky haze and volatile Pokémon that inhabit the forest.
