Condemned Building 1 is one of two abandoned multi-story buildings in the north of Rubina City. It is the primary location of the optional quest Sidequest: Lost in the City.

Trivia
- Due to an oversight in scripting, it was possible to evolve Eevee into Glaceon on one of the floors in this building prior to the release of version 2.0.
