Regardless of form, it evolves from Herdier starting at level 32. It is the final form of Lillipup.

Ataran Stoutland was designed and sprited by Keileon.

Altaran Stoutland
Bred and trained to rescue humans lost in the wild, it is a common police Pokémon in areas where Altaran Arcanine is less prevalent. Its thick fur shields it from both the elements and attacks.
