Story: Meetup is the fourth Story Quest of the game. It is preceded by Story: Help! Thief!, and is immediately followed by Story: To Emeralis. This quest is very short, and is more meant to be a reminder of where the player needs to go next. Because of this, the player is left to their own devices until they choose to go to Granite's east gate.
Upon entering the gate and walking in from of the guard, Mary/Jordan will enter the gate and approach the player. They will suggest that the two of them go to Rubina City so they can challenge the Gym there, while also suggesting that they stop in Emeralis City since it is on the way there.
