Horsea (Japanese: タッツー Tattu) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Water- and Grass-Type.
It evolves into Seadra starting at level 32, which evolves into Kingdra when traded or leveled up holding a Dragon Scale.
Altaran Horsea evolves into Altaran Seadra starting at level 32, which evolves into Altaran Kingdra when traded or leveled up holding a King's Rock.
Altaran Horsea was designed and sprited by Keileon.
