Kingdra (Japanese: キングドラ Kingdra) is a dual-type Water- and Dragon-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation II. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Water- and Grass-Type.

Johtonian Kingdra evolves from Seadra when traded or leveled up holding a Dragon Scale.

Altaran Kingdra evolves from Seadra when traded or leveled up holding a King's Rock.

Regardless of form, it is the final form of Horsea.

Altaran Kingdra was designed and sprited by Keileon and Cid.
