Story: Down at the Precinct is the eleventh Story Quest of the game. It is preceded by Story: A Suspicious Person, and is immediately followed by Story: Route 4 Rout!.
Once the player enters the police station, Kenn will say that he is glad that the player has stopped by. He told his partner that the player would be dropping by to discuss what had happened in the previous story quest, and that it is standard procedure and won't take long.
If the player responds with "Kinda busy right now" then
If the player responds with "I guess... or Sure!" then Kenn will tell the player to follow him. He will state after a short distance that they will be going into the precinct's break room. He will also say that they have brought in a trainer who had also witnessed the murder, along with Looker for this.
