It evolves into Seadra starting at level 32, which evolves into Kingdra when traded or leveled up holding a Dragon Scale.

Altaran Horsea evolves into Altaran Seadra starting at level 32, which evolves into Altaran Kingdra when traded or leveled up holding a King's Rock.

Altaran Horsea was designed and sprited by Keileon.

Altaran Horsea
It is peaceful and feeds mostly on seagrass and coral. As such, it is preyed upon by fiercer Pokémon such as Carvanha and Altaran Gible.
