Smolder is a custom Ability in Pokémon Sardonyx: Raised to Win. It is the signature Ability of Altaran Charmander and its evolutions.
Effect

In Battle
When the user gets below one third health, the user's Special Attack and Accuracy are both raised by two stages.
In the Field
If a Pokémon with Smolder is in the party, eggs that are also in the party require half the normal amount of steps to hatch.

Trivia
- Smolder is a direct reference to an ability of Charmander in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfiction Silver Resistance, in which a Charmander that is freezing to death will draw all of its heat inside, extinguishing its tail flame, in an effort to allow the Charmander to think clearly enough to find a way out of the situation.
