Snivy (Japanese: ツタージャ Tsutarja) is a Grass-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Grass- and Poison-Type.

Regardless of form, it evolves into Servine starting at level 17, which evolves into Serperior starting at level 36.

They photosynthesize by bathing their tails in sunlight. When they are not feeling well, their tails droop.
Altaran Snivy
In order to protect itself from predators, Snivy adapted to looking like an Ekans in order to fool other Pokémon into thinking it was venomous. Eventually it developed poison of its own.
