Venonat (Japanese: コンパン Kongpang) is a dual-type Bug- and Poison-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It has an Altaran Regional Variant that is Bug- and Electric-Type.

Regardless of form, it evolves into Venomoth starting at level 31.

Altaran Venonat was designed and sprited by BatterymanAAA.

Its coat of thin, stiff hair that covers its entire body is said to have evolved for protection. Its large eyes never fail to spot even miniscule prey.
Altaran Venonat
They are covered in dusty hairs that taste terrible to predators. Though not aggressive, getting too close may induce a coughing fit.
